Please note that orders may sometimes be delayed, refused, or cancelled for various reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including in the following circumstances:

We may request additional verification before accepting your order, such as a phone number, address confirmation, proof of identity, or banking details.

Price Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate pricing information, but errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is discovered, we may contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the error.

We reserve the right to cancel orders listed with incorrect pricing, including orders that have already been confirmed or paid for. Any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing Times & Delivery Times

Processing time: 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday.

United States shipping time: 5–8 business days, Monday to Friday.

International shipping time: 8–16 business days.

Shipping carriers: DHL and USPS.

Daily cut-off time: 02:00 PM, GMT-05:00 Eastern Standard Time, New York.

Orders placed before 02:00 PM will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 02:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Processing and delivery estimates exclude weekends and applicable public holidays unless otherwise stated.
